3. When the production address is leased, the applicant should pay attention to the validity period of the lease contract. If the declaration time is less than five years from the termination date of the lease contract, the validity period of the safety sign will be affected by the validity period of the lease contract.
4. For products produced in OEM mode, applicants should pay attention to the validity period of the OEM commission agreement. If the declaration time is less than five years from the termination date of the OEM contract, the validity period of the safety sign will be affected by the validity period of the contract.
