The explosion-proof performance of explosion-proof products not only depends on the equipment itself, but also on the selection, installation method, on-site wiring, and daily maintenance methods of the equipment.
If the selection and installation of explosion-proof equipment are incorrect, the on-site wiring does not meet the standard requirements, and the explosion-proof performance of the equipment is damaged during daily maintenance, it may cause the equipment to lose its explosion-proof performance, thereby posing a risk of explosion.
Therefore, the installation and acceptance of newly put into use explosion-proof equipment is particularly necessary and important.
The explosion-proof acceptance standards are mainly based on national standards such as AQ 3009, GB/T3836.15, GB/T3836.16, GB 50257, GB 50058, etc., and explosion-proof electrical testing reports are issued.
After the installation and acceptance of explosion-proof equipment, it is not a one-time solution. To ensure that explosion-proof equipment is in good working condition and can be safely used in hazardous areas for a long time, continuous supervision and regular inspections must be carried out on the explosion-proof equipment in use.
The interval between regular inspections generally does not exceed 3 years.
STS has provided on-site explosion-proof electrical testing and explosion-proof renovation construction services for various gas stations, gas stations, oil depots, food factories, feed factories, chemical plants, etc., with a large number of successful cases and industry experience.
If you happen to need to do such on-site explosion-proof electrical testing reports, please feel free to message us for specific communication.
